Let's see how the ultrasound machine detects a tiny musculo-skeletal problem as small as 0.03cm in the human body.

How small is 0.03cm? It cannot be seen by our naked eye and cannot be palpated. However, our clinician is able to find the real murderer with an ultrasound device equipped with a high-frequency probe.

Case 1

The tiny fracture of 0.03cm is clearly visible with the aid of ultrasound machine.

   Ultrasound in Musculoskeletal
     New weapon for rehabilitation physicians

Ultrasound in Musculoskeletal is an emerging field of ultrasound applications in recent years and is recognized as one of the most promising development directions. It can help doctors to achieve real time  movement of tendons and muscles, and can also carry out interventional procedure through color Doppler ultrasound, avoiding of injecting drugs blindly into the tendon sheath and tendons which may lead to serious complications, thus greatly improving the clinical diagnosis rate and accuracy.

Illness related to Muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, peripheral nerves, etc. can be accurately diagnosed

So the question is, what are the indications for musculoskeletal ultrasound ? What are the possible diagnosis can I consider when I see such images? Please see the example↓

The image showed the cause of the problem is less likely related to tendon, considering the solid mass of the left hand dorsal cyst

Case 2 male 54 years old

Image showed median nerve compression, diagnosed as carpal tunnel syndrome

Case 3 Female, 40 years old

The image showed effusion at the posterior of calcaneus, diagnosed as Achilles tendinopathy

Case 4

The image showed that the toe joint has tophi and diagnosed as gout.

 Case 5

The first metatarsophalangeal joint, the arrow refers to the urate crystal, and it was diagnosed as gout

Case 6

Image showed ganglion cyst in the back of the foot

Case 7 Male, 63 years old

The image showed calcification at the insertion end of the triceps tendon

Case 8 Male 16 years old

The image showed a solid mass, considering the possible diagnosis of Pilomatricoma

Case 9 ,  Male 14 years old

The image showed a large amount of fluid collection in the knee joint cavity, considering ankylosing spondylitis

Case 10 Female 60 years old

Image showed knee joint effusion, diagnosed as synovitis

The Diagnosis System currently used is the most effective solution for the musculoskeletal condition. The diagnosis and treatment process is divided into three steps:

1 The cause and diagnosis of the affected area are determined by ultrasound
2 High energy laser to relieve pain , reduce inflammation and reduce edema
3 Extracorporeal shock wave used in relieving pain

American physiotherapist, clinical doctor, orthopedic expert Mark Callanen were invited to treat patients during the medical aid programme

Using the most advanced medical technology to benefit mankind, Vinno is willing to work with doctors to solve the tiny diseases of the human body. The high-end color doppler ultrasound from Vinno is the first choice for all sport/rehabilitation/orthopedic doctors in the world !
